The Rose Gray Hilltop Food Pantry has been in operation since 1996 and has used the inside of four different locations as its home over the years. The Rose Gray Hilltop Food Pantry is a neighborhood food pantry that serves approximately 600 individuals a month, year round. In 2016, we recorded nearly 200,000 pounds of donated food and paper goods! That helped us to serve over 4,700 individuals and 1,500 families in the Valparaiso community.
At holidays, food baskets are prepared for needy families to provide meals for family gatherings. Coat drives provide warm clothing during the cold winter months. School supplies and vouchers for new shoes are provided in September for children going back to school.
Donations are always needed and appreciated. Our food pantry accepts perishable and non-perishable food items. If you wish to make a donation to the Rose Gray Hilltop Food Pantry, please call the number listed above and ask to speak to Kaylee.

The Rose Gray Hilltop Food Pantry is staffed with volunteers from area churches, other community volunteers and Valparaiso University Work Study students. Without the dedication and hard work of these priceless individuals, families in need would not receive the food they need. If interested in volunteering, please contact our main office at (219) 477-4222.
